DATES TO REMEMBER Council Meetings the Second and Fourth Tuesdays of each month beginning at 8 pm
at the Municipal Building, 320 Boulevard.
Farmers Market - Every Tuesday from noon till 5 pm on the corner of the Boulevard and Central Avenue in the Town
Parking Lot Fresh Fruit and Vegetables, flowers, baked goods plus other items. This continues till autumn.
Oct. 18, Tuesday, Halloween - in the Park at the “Haunted” Woodland Park. Rain Date Thursday, Oct. 20.
Tickets $5.00. Wagon Trips every 15 minutes from 6 to 9:30 p.m. Children under 11 must ride with an adult. Free snacks &
refreshments at the Pavilion. The first few rides will be less scary so it is recommended that younger children sign up for
the earlier time slots.
Oct. 20, Thursday 7:30 p.m. The Republican Club regular meeting will feature a Pizza Party. The Club will present State
and County Candidates. Featured will be Mayor Rose Heck, and Council Members Justin DiPisa and Pam Link. The meeting takes
place at Hasbrouck Heights Republican Campaign Headquarters, 232 Boulevard, first floor.
Oct. Oct. 29, Saturday, Ragamuffin Parade sponsored by the Mayor’s Community Celebration Committee.
Parade starts at 9:45 a.m. in front of the Police Station on Hamilton Avenue. All will walk to Boulevard and then to
the Municipal Building on Central Avenue where there will be refreshments and entertainment for the children
between 10 am and 1 p.m. in the Senior Center.
Oct. 30, Sunday, Republican Campaign Breakfast 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Holiday Inn. $22 per person. $20 senior
citizen. Children under 5 - free.
