The
form can be filled out on-line, printed and mailed (address included on form). Prior to Election Day (School, Primary or General)
you will receive a sample ballot to review. The sample ballot will also have your voting location.
If you are registered to vote and will not be around on voting day you can fill out an Absentee
application and a ballot will be mailed to you to fill out and mail back prior to the election. The link for the application
